What kind of trainer am I if my clients don't see positive, progressive results? I do NOT believe in temporary, unhealthy quick "fixes" that result in more harm than good.

From struggles in my personal 100-pound weight loss journey I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and often fails when you're on your own. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
