Aquatic exercise is performed in shallow or deep water. It promotes and enhances mental and physical fitness-aerobic activity, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
The water's unique properties allow the pool to provide an environment for people of ALL abilities. Buoyancy creates a reduced impact exercise alternative that is easy on joints, while the water resistance challenges your muscles.

Recovery is extremely important.
It will reduce soreness, increase flexibility and range of motion, speed up the muscle-rebuilding process and increase blood flow without putting heavy strain on your muscles and joints.
All training packages come with nutrition counseling included at
NO extra cost.
Please be aware that your trainer will take this seriously, as should you.
We understand that nutrition is a sensitive topic to some, therefore this is an optional service, but highly recommended.
