Aquatic exercise is performed in shallow or deep water. It promotes and enhances mental and physical fitness-aerobic activity, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. The water's unique properties allow the pool to provide an environment for people of ALL abilities. Buoyancy creates a reduced impact exercise alternative that is easy on joints, while the water resistance challenges the muscles. Swim experience NOT required. 55-60 minute sessions at your location.
Minimum 8; maximum 12 sessions per month.
