Although a Personal Trainer doesn't diagnose or treat injuries, they have an important role in helping you prevent re-injury through knowledge of exercise physiology and ability to build a program of supervised rehabilitation using exercise. Programs are expertly designed to improve your movement and quality of life post trauma. Sessions are held twice a week for twelve weeks total and are 55-60 minutes long. Multiple locations available.
Long term program (12 weeks) for previous back, neck, and shoulder trauma patients.
