Boxing is not only a great way to improve your physical fitness but also a fun way to challenge your mind and body. It improves heart health, aids weight loss, boosts whole-body strength, improves balance, decreases stress, and lowers blood pressure. Most of all, boxing is a fun way to get some exercise and release stress in a safe and healthy way. Sessions are 55-60 minutes each, multiple locations available!
